Project: Compilation of Financial Statements (KSA Portfolio + International Portfolio):
Description: The project involved compilation of financial statements (standalone as well as consolidated) of various entities of the ACWA Power Group comprising Holding Companies, Project Companies, Associate Companies etc., of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and International Portfolio (UAE, Bahrain, Oman etc.) as per the given deadlines for external audit purposes.
Agthia Group
Project: Deputation of Professional Staff(s)
Description:
- • Senior-level staff deputations in the Finance & Accounting division at the Company’s Head Office in Abu Dhabi/ Al Ain from time to time to compliment and balance knowledge base requirements and workload.
- • To complement knowledge base and work load for implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution and post deployment support till the in-house staff was capable of taking-up the function internally.
AIMS Group
Project: Compilation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Description:Human Resource Manual, Operations Manuals (covering the 6 main Divisions of AIMS Group) and Information Technology Manual as the first step to ensure that policies and procedures are in place and documentation aligned with overall corporate policies and objectives.
b. Project: Independent Evaluation of the Environmental Services Division
The project involved conducting an independent evaluation as to whether or not the Environmental Services Division of the Group fits the desired functional requirements with respect to its head count and meet their planned objectives to improve the operational efficiency and positively affecting the bottom line performance.
AIG Memsa Holdings
Project: Accounting/General Book-Keeping Outsourcing
Description: Involved in the preparation of quarterly and annual Financial Statements along with the necessary disclosures, of above entities for internal (US-GAAP) and statutory (IFRS) purposes.
